The Power of Propaganda
Miguel Estrada: Stanley Kubrick and Arthur C. Clark facilitated the idea of transhumanism, but it was facilitated by them. He says propaganda is far infinitely more subtle than big brother berating us or manipulating us into being subservient. But we don't necessarily stop watching the movies. We can't necessarily get them out of us. I pretty much stop watching movies, but if I still can't think of Jaws or good to ban the ugly without enormous affection, I just think they'd do right.
