Is Elite Deviance a Bad Thing?

The criminal justice system isn't really set up to deal with these things because a lot of them aren't illegal. And we don't even have a language to talk about them, basically. That's not 100% of the reason why nobody went to jail for the financial crisis but it is relevant. American corporations steal more from the US economy every year than street criminals do in two decades.
