Mark Jackson and Steve Kerr

Mark Jackson is probably more like Phil Jackson in terms of spiritual leader, the man who can deliver a message and get people to believe in themselves. Steve Kerr has the same basketball intellect that Mark Jackson has in a better command of the X's and O's. And I think if I'm Phil, what I'd be looking for is to bring on people who already understand the system so that they can teach that system. If P.E. excites you, let it show and do not hide it.
