Using Technology to Facilitate the Planning Process
Technology acts as a glue between the various actors in the planning process. It allows them to play ther respective roles at the right time, but it also allows them to come together when necessary. The transparency means that you knowyou are working with accurate data. So in my view, that really reduces the conflict and creates a much more collavorous, collaborative approach. And i think it reduces the burden on finance as well.
