How to Make a Stirred Spirit Forward Drink
I don't think I've come across many drinks where orja is being used and it's not shaken or doesn't contain a citrus component. Maybe that's just my own inexperience. But like, it's mostly technique, you make sure that like you're mixing those together. You have to kind of like plan out, it goes against like the cardinal rules, but you're planning out how the best way to integrate it. Yeah, big cubes, start tight, you'll be good.
