Should Fuel Jobbers Increase Storage?
There's not a lot of secondary storage for gasoline or diesel in this country. I try to advocate that people market and not try to day trade too much. So, you know, if someone had storage and they could sock away some of the winter gasoline that they could use or blow through their stations in the interim, that makes sense.
