The Transhumanist Project and the Existential Risk

I'm combining a bunch of his papers here. He talks about the basic conditions for realizing what he refers to as the transhumanist project. And so anything that is kind of in the way of the realization of thattranshumanist project is an existential risk. To him, the transhumanists project is kind of the highest good, the highest moral value.
