Photo Distribution Platform for Photo Journalists

The founding team had a photo journalist who was cofounder, and we trusted him. The problem is he wasn't actively doing that job any more. And in retrospect, we should have made sure that we should have had the prototype tested by an embedded photojournalist somewhere while we built it. So that one didn't work. But what failed with the photo distribution offer? Because that was a much more sassy business and that is usually easier to validate, you would think.
