The Effect of Training on the Brain

No one has actually run a proper tearing test on these systems, but I have no doubt in my mind that they can pass. That's such a low bomb. It is a much lower power than we thought. A year ago, no one would have said that. Why does our opinion about how high or low of a bar the tearing test is changed in the space of a year? And I would say it's just because now we have computers that can pass it and we want to say that they're not intelligent.
