The Afterlife: A Mystery

The fear of death seems to significantly go away when our sense of eye is going away. Is this desire to persist? And it's fundamental to our ability to persist. We don't have a FOMO for all the time before we were born, but we do for the time after we die. But everything that we know about the intimate dependency of the brain in consciousness really does suggest that when the brain stops, you stop. The thing about oblivion is that it's not the experience of absence it's the absence of all experience.
