I would say get feedback before color and sound effects. But at the same time, my biggest pet peeve is when you show something to someone for feedback, and they're like, there's no lower third right there. I think you have to be clear. Can't be sending it willy nilly. It can't be dropping frame IO links all over the internet. Definitely not.
