The Reputation of Romanticism
Romanticism is accused of lumping everything together and preventing us from understanding anything. Schleigel ends up similarly saying like, if we really want to understand this unified thing that is posy, you know, you got to be a philologist or an intellectualized critic. And so it's not just jumping right to the absolute. But yeah, God in itself, we can't grasp them by intellectual intuitions.
