Is the Fleet Operated Like a Battery?
The goal would be to have every single one of frances reactors, all 58, all 63 gigats, ready to roll in the winter time. But then that great an interesting question, is the fleet being operated like a battery? If there's something like a this big triangle of nuclear electricity being produced, is that a replacement for a battery? It certainly replaces natur gas from natural gas storage that would otherwise be needed in France.
