Is God's Right to Forgive?

I find it quite reassuring to think of a man like Jeffrey Dahmer in heaven I think it demonstrates the radical compassion of the figure of Jesus because if Jeffrey Dahmer can receive grace and end up in heaven then what does that say about the rest of us.
