How to Succeed With a Successful MVP
MVP is mostly a tool for validation. If your MVP causes your customers to pay for your product, that's great. You can now focus on turning it into a business. But if it doesn't result in paying customers at all, even after a few iterations, that's also great. Because you've just validated that you're on the wrong track and you won't be pursuing that direction any longer.
