How to Improve Your Golf Swing
Tiger Woods' swing is based on a stable base. How do you work your players through improving their range and shots without loading up the lower limb? One of the things I look at quite a lot with people with low back pain is making sure they can do a good squat. We like our golfers to be able to go into anterior and posterior pelvic tilt with control, especially in their golf posture. And that has a big role in preventing injuries.
