Is There a Traditional Day to F Fast for Catholics?

i don't recommend micro lodingm in most cases. i like accepting the challenge of having to program in such a way that itwll, it will cause you to make greater jumps. For for me and mine, it's wednesdays and fridays. And fridayswe don't eat any meat, and i fast. So i don't really have many meals and thesnbatter the meas tunsday thing. Brandon just wants to know, are the traditional days tof fast for catholics? Tuesdays and friday.
