What's the Process for an Audit?

I conducted such an audit myself. And what's the process for an audit like that? Is it taking some independent third party person to come in and look at things or how will that proceed? Not in our case, but I know that previous work conducted on this transparency and concern framework proved that, yeah, the framework was not actually respected. So on our just a few number of websites we found, we didn't find any violation of the framework indeed,. The results would change if we found like 200 different websites using cookie tables and the TCF.
