Thinking Deeply about Primary Education

Is There a Culture of Inclusion in Schools?
I think that when i started working at my previous school, the inclusive nature wasn't there. And we d children from all year groups with special educational needs working in a room with a t a. The reason for that is because the behaviour in the rest of the schools was on its knees. If you don't get the culture right in your school, you are on the road to a really unhappy place,. A really unhappy school. You kind of lose your vision and your purpose. All teachers and support staff work in schools because they want to see the best for children. That has to come from the leadership's vision and and that has to be communicated to everyone.
