Coach Wood would do well in day-to-day college environment. Players want to be led and play with other a players, i think that's what coach woodn mastered. And the analogies to leadership are just all over the playc rid. I think an a player is a leader. Wants people to take their job right t they are willing to equip people to taking their job because they'll take the next job. A b player wants team mates that are worse than them and are not a threat to them. Absolutely.
