Product Design - What Would You Like to Learn From a Product Designer?

At kick starter, i lead our product design an engineering teams to insure that we are building products of value to our backers and creators. I kept coming back too insuring that uspeems are delivering something of value. So when i was asked to speak a poticon, i'd sit down and ask myself, what would i want to hear if i were in the audience? What ar some common issues us as peams run into?
