Carroll: How do you see business being uniquely suited to address some of these enormous challenges we face? And how, again, do you just see that melding of political influence and the influence of international businesses like u p s i? I think what you're saying is that more and more business leaders are filling the void that we thought government would fill. We have people and we have resource, and we don't have to go through all the bureaucratic red tape. So i think we're gon to fill more and more of the void, and we've got to be comfortable doing that.
