This was a story in which really saw the fall of the Empire. And I took one bullet point from each book in the aftermath trilogy. Mod and Mothma realized that war must not be a constant state of existence, so decides to go ahead with the vote to demilitarize. That would be her arc or her becoming the first chancellor.
