The Tainted Process Principle
Justice is operative but is intention with another principle is what I think of the tainted process principle where there are in many cases where you are entitled to take something but how it gets to you is some sort of inappropriate process that is tainted and so you don't want to participate. The history path matters how that ring came to you and how much that matters is an individualized judgment call. How ppp funding is coming to you what process is the government engaging in can matter a lot to people who might have a claim onSome examples include Adolf Hitler's pillow example or his use of your home during World War II.
