Organizing Is a Good Thing, Isn't It?
i like having a clean in box in an omnifocus, cause that's theoretically action stuff. But where it comes to reference material, i'm at peace with myself if i'm not immediately squeaky clean on all the things. Plus, it makes for a great activity for, like, friday afternoon at three o'clock when you're pretty much brain dead and ready for the week end. That's a great time to actually file and review the things in your filing system.
