I think so many people get caught up in real estate and it comes to its ultimately speculation, whether it says as raw and naked as my version. Do you think the increased borrowing costs that come along with higher interest rates might make rental properties a bit less attractive than was the case when interest rates were much lower? And I honestly don't know, Christine. So I think that's where I am today, but I can't tell you where I'll be five years from now.
