How to Build an Exponent Mindset
An exponential mindset is a realization that the world is accelerating. It's constantly updating your understanding of what can be done per dollar per human hour, per resource. And you have to basically unlearn 50 years of Harvard MBA thinking and relearn these new models. The only way I know how to do it is to constantly update yourself on this is now possible in AI or in 3D printing or synthetic biology.
