P pronation isn't the enemy. Uncontrolled pronition is. If you can't resupenate, you're going to start blowing through some passive tissues and or active tissues such as the tib post. So i think so much of it is that eccentric component and that shock absorption piece that we're talking about. I think wee found our sound bite for the whole episode right there. We wish it will definitely do a shin splints episode. And dive into that, because we have also had a lot of questions about that.
