The Budget Thing Is Scary
I've never been on a campus that wasn't in some meaningful way stifled. The budget thing is actually scary because if you're at a campus that has very few complaints, one thing I could claim is that people are afraid to come forward with complaints. And so the lack of complaints and a deluge of complaints, I could use to increase my budget. Yeah, it's really discouraging. Nobody's going to have the answer here.
