Is There a Rubric for Data and Analytics?

Next year, I think a lot of data and AI teams will get caught flat-footed because there's a bunch of regulations coming online. The EU AI at I find out now is more like October next year, but it's coming New York, April or thereabouts. But when I talk to my friends at this law firm that specializes in AI and analytics, there one piece of advice is improve your documentation at this stage.
