Lily Boulanger - A Beautiful Piece of Music
The piece is pentanocene of being in a bright garden, as the name suggests. I think quite impressionistic, you've got these harmonies and flowing lines that paint this dreamlike picture of a garden. The way that she uses those bass knots right at the bottom and the higher register reaching up to the sky gives you that impression of being in nature on the earth but also looking up just in the scale of the pitch. It makes your mind wonder.
