What Is the Under Reporting Factor?
i always get this wronga death is less under reported than aa. So i had a, no, yes. Sorry. I it's one of those more intense, the more intense and objective that something lent wrong, the more more important it is to fill out the report. E comment a little bit on wht. How would you go about determining what the under reporting factor is? Because if those are the only reports that we have, like, how do you make an inference about what the background rin for sure?
