I don't think you can become excellent at anything by just half-assing it by doing it part-time because there are other people out there that are putting literally a hundred percent their energy on it day in and day out. That's how we have to look at everything right like if you want to be an MBA basketball players and you say oh I'll practice basketball part-time and then others they're all they're doing is practicing like Kobe Bryant. The real hard work is sitting in a studio apartment with two roommates sitting in the kitchen coding 18 hours a day building that app for six months and then launching, he says.
