The Importance of Separation of Powers
The key point, I think, is always the same. It goes back to Churchill. It's not a perfect system, it was better than all the others. And there will always be lots of corruption. People would take opportunities which are new, which they shouldn't and at some point will be hopefully brought to justice. So while it is en route, while it is being handled by the post office, is it still private or not? All sorts of debates about these issues are not new. But this is, the key point about separation of powers and checks and balances that you can constantly fine tune and address new issues.
