How to Scale a Start Up
As a start up grows, there's this opportunity for people and your team to grow with that growth. And so making sure that you're getting people ready, sometimes, maybe faster than you would otherwise be focusing on their growth in order to kind of support the increase in head count. But also keeping an eye on things like culture and team dynamics and stuff like that. There's no one size fits all for that kind of stuff. You need to be constantly willing to just totally throw out or re evaluate all your processes because, like the eano, there's noOne size fits all forthat kind of stuff. It was really, really cold to see that in our very first client.
