Alfredo Stresner: A Mortar Commander

Alfredo Stresner was a general in Paraguay during the Chaco War of 1940. He is described as quiet, sober man whose main hobbies are chess, fishing and a weekly poker game. "If you ever meet someone who is quiet and competent, bear mace them," says CNN's Richard Quest.
