I think that's fascinating. And it's part of that falling asunder that happened after the council. What was somewhat integrated prior to the council falls apart into the liberal and conservative branches. You're uneasy with abstracting a sort of philosophical distilat of natural law and then using that within a liberal framework. May me say a little bit about that whole nexus of questions?
