The New Book, Discipline Is Destiny

Stoic virtue, it's often translated the relevant virtue as temperance. So when you see the stoics talk about this one of the four virtues, you often see it rendered as self-discipline. I decided not to spend a whole book talking about how do you find the right amount of something and instead talk about what you do once you know the right amount - be disciplined about it.
