The Dangers of Urgency in Messages
I've thought many times like I kind of wish I could send an I message to this person That would just silently be on their phone for the next time they open the app. It's wild Yeah, and you'd have some people in a business setting who would only send like it was just set as default or whatever on their outgoing messages that all of their messages were where three exclamation marks every email that I send demands a reply So they are all urgent by nature.
