A central issue at this point is where do we want this company to go? Like what is, is there a longer term objective? And the central tension there is probably, are we going to try to build this thing bigger in the sense that it could be acquired or bigger. So like talking about that stuff deeply with everybody and just like picking up the vibe on how people are feeling about things and what they want to do was really useful.
