Do You Make New Year's Resolutions?

Wood: I don't make new year's resolutions, to be honest. But like everybody else, i try to change my behavior. And given the knowledge that we've all and in the past couple of decades about habits and how they work, it is possible to apply that in your own life to help with behavior change challenges. So when i go to the grocery store, i typically buy fruits and vegetables that are already red or cut up in some way. They're a little bit more expensive, but i know that i'm more likely to eat them if i do that. If you have comments for future prodcasts, you can email us at speaking of psychology at a p a dot org
