archaeology is not like in the movies, there's a question abotac that's genuine. Archaeology is the study of the past. We have questions, research questions, that we seek to answer. Excavation at huko was not intended to find amazing mosaics,. They're by products, and they're not the main thing for me. But i started that dig with a couple of big research questions i hope to answer. The biggest question was, what was the fate of these jewish villages after they came under christian rule in the fourth century a d?
