For me, i there is a ten to 15 minute task that i do almost every night that i hate having to do and 'm always grateful that it's done. I just keep thinking, my my tomorrow morning self as going to be really grateful for doing this. The reality of your future self is is the most tangible way of creating motivation. And ye, we know with a d h t that our time projection s is challenged toug we know we have problems with it. It's all attention, working memory, emotional regulation, they all work together.
