The Importance of Governance in Technology

I generally gravitate towards things where I think have a lot of value potential if certain things are there or if the star is aligned, but if they don't, like they get deeply under value. Like so content IP, I think we mutually have a love for it. It's some of the most difficult assets to value in general. So partly I look at that space because that's my preferred watering hole. That's something I should be paying attention to. And if you nail it, like,  you've probably been in enough of these network orcontent IP plays when things are aligned, like the stock moves and it works very well.
