The Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs

The evaluation of corporate compliance programs is an interesting document. When I first came in and was working on any FCA matters, I had no idea what compliance did. And so the companies would come in and they would educate us. They would tell us what they did. So we ultimately end up generating a list of internal questions to ask compliance professionals when they came in to talk to us about the companies. That document ended up being updated by WayGen and then published.
