Tannan: There is something very anti semitic about this discourse. Asking people who have grown up in a culture wer some level of interrupting is showing that you're engaged and validating the person you're interrupting. It's not just asking people to not be who they are. It's also asking the conversation to not be what it could be. If you want more interesting conversations, you should encourage precisely this type of dynamic.
