I think, you know, the everything that leaders are grappling wth is in some cases, and you've probably seen this at harvard as well. And so there tends to be a lot of a, well, polarization along those lines too. I've a theory, but it's untested. My theory is that throughout the pomdemic, a lot ofthers happened in the conomy, in the world more generally, is outside of our control.
