The Importance of Following Ideas Through Textbooks
If you want to solve that story is there really detailed histories of who we talk to exactly was it Pinochet. For instance, by Leonidas Montes got a prize for paper on Friedman in Chile. What did he understand about Pinochet's program at that time and how it was later reconstructed. You have to be specific about what it was asked to do. Your work, the way you approach this is you don't just sit and like live in the ideas. You're following their conversations and your research. And I think economists need more of that and especially graduate students.
