I think one of the things that I learned and I wish I'd learned it earlier but I'm glad I learned it when I did was feedback is a very powerful and useful tool. You should always be seeking out feedback if someone's giving you feedback it's not because they're trying to make you feel stupid it's trying to made you better. If you refuse to take accountability for mistakes or you feel like making mistakes is a weakness you never get to grow. No one is too important to sweep the sheds in New Zealand rugby team after a game. It makes everyone want to rally around that leader who's who's doing it, then the other one is holding the ball which is really important
