The Story of Fried Chicken

The most famous person associated with fried chicken is a certain white colonel. The legend goes that in the 19 thirties, he took over a service station and began serving weary travellers the same fried chicken that he had supposedly grown up eating. But what as really striking was that he developed this way of pressure frying chicken, which allowed him to produce the stuff in vast quantities. So that's why a white man has effectively taken over the story of this dish.
